Our Purpose
‘Malawi Friends of Prisons’ strives to plant seeds of Hope in the prisons in Malawi. Prisons in Malawi are overcrowded and underfunded. The men and women lack basic necessities, struggle with sickness and disease, poor hygiene, limited clean water and food and live with the fear that they have been forgotten (by their country, their family and God). We want to bring the hope and love of God in Jesus into these dark and desperate places. We want to plant seeds of Hope.
