Rammy – Upon his retirement has not slowed down. He is dedicated to serving the men in the prisons. He is a familiar face and known as ‘abwenzi’ (friend) among those in prison. He has such a heart for the inmates that he is often looking for new ways to expand the ministry.
Lyca – Lyca Plays such a key role in the ministry focusing primarily on the woman’s prisons and the youth in prison in addition to her work within the male prisons as well. She has such a passion for this ministry that she is currently working on a theology degree so that she can become a full time chaplin within the prisons.
Hastings P – Oversees the scheduling and finances of our ministry. A licensed electrician, he made the move into a more full time paid ministry. IN addition to his work with the prison ministry, Hastings is an ordained minister and head of Evangelism to Muslims.
Hastings M – He is our newest member. Hastings came in contact with our ministry while an inmate in prison. It is while in prison that he committed his life to Jesus. Upon his release, Hastings felt the call to join the visiting team. It is inspiring to see how he relates the hope that he found in Jesus while in prison with others.
Joel – Oversees the prison ministry. It was during his time living in Malawi with his family that God placed him in this role. Now living in Canada, Joel returns to Malawi yearly to work with the team. While in Canada, he is in regular communication with the team in addition to raising support and awareness for the ministry.
